Ajirna (Indigestion & Bloating)
Remedy: Jeera (Cumin) & Fennel Water

Description: Boil 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds and 1/2 teaspoon of fennel seeds in 2 cups of water until reduced by half.

How to Use: Sip warm throughout the day or after heavy meals. Calms gas and bloating.

Amlapitta (Acid Reflux & Acidity)
Remedy: Yashtimadhu (Licorice) Tea

Description: Boil 1/2 teaspoon of Yashtimadhu (Licorice root) powder in a cup of water for 5 minutes. Strain and cool slightly.

How to Use: Drink warm before meals. Excellent for cooling Pitta heat and soothing stomach linings.

Anidra (Insomnia & Sleeplessness)
Remedy: Warm Ashwagandha Milk

Description: Mix 1/2 teaspoon of Ashwagandha powder in warm cow's milk (or almond milk) with a pinch of nutmeg and cardamom.

How to Use: Drink 30 minutes before bedtime. Calms the nervous system and pacifies restless Vata.

Aruchi (Loss of Appetite)
Remedy: Adrak (Ginger) & Lavan (Rock Salt)

Description: Slice fresh ginger into thin discs, sprinkle with a pinch of organic rock salt (Saindhava Lavana) and a drop of lemon juice.

How to Use: Chew 1-2 slices 15 minutes before lunch. Kindles Agni (digestive fire).

Kasa (Cough & Congestion)
Remedy: Tulsi & Honey Syrup

Description: Mix 1 teaspoon of fresh Tulsi juice with 1/2 teaspoon of organic raw honey and a pinch of ground black pepper.

How to Use: Consume 2-3 times daily. Best for pacifying Kapha and Vata in the respiratory tract.

Khalitya (Hair Fall & Scalp Dryness)
Remedy: Bhringraj & Coconut Scalp Oil

Description: Gently warm organic Bhringraj oil (known as the king of hair in Ayurveda) or coconut oil infused with hibiscus flower petals.

How to Use: Massage into the scalp using circular fingertips for 15 minutes before sleep or 2 hours before washing. Pacifies Pitta heat at the roots.

Sandhivata (Joint Pain & Stiffness)
Remedy: Warm Ginger Paste & Oil

Description: Mix dry ginger powder (Sunthi) with lukewarm water to form a paste. Apply over affected joints, or massage with warm Mahanarayan oil.

How to Use: Leave paste on for 20 minutes, then rinse. Primes blood circulation and reduces localized Vata stiffness.

Shirashoola (Tension Headaches)
Remedy: Ginger-Nutmeg Paste & Peppermint Oil

Description: Mix 1/2 teaspoon of dry ginger powder (Sunthi) with water to make a paste and apply to the forehead. Alternatively, apply cooling Chandan (sandalwood) paste.

How to Use: Apply paste for 15-20 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water. Best for relieving stress-related Vata and Pitta headaches.
